We will do a 60 minute challenging core building, flexibility and balance class. Every week we will discuss health topics such as : self massage and myofascial release techniques, organ massage, facial massage, breathing and meditation techniques, healthy eating habits including weekly meal guides to keep you on track!

$100 for all 8 weeks

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Let stress and tension melt away by connecting with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. This gentle healing class is practiced with props to provide support for total relaxation. Only a few, gentle poses are practiced during class and they create physiological responses which benefit your health and can reduce the effects of stress-related illness. This class is deeply nurturing and suitable for all - especially those with chronic pain or limitations. Join us for a Restorative practice. Treat your mind and body to a class of deep release and relaxation. With the use of supportive props, experience how to release and let go of tension in the body, breath and thoughts.

All students welcome. Props provided.
