Activity of everyday life, coupled with emotional and physical stress, is often the culprit for the tightness and discomfort of our hips. Most low back pain or discomfort is caused
by a tight PSOAS muscle.
In this workshop we will delve deep into increasing mobility in all movements of the hips using traditional yoga poses and myofascial release techniques. Myofascial release is done
gently, over the clothing, loosening the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and joints allowing for a deeper form of the pose.
