Our Policies
*Please arrive on time. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and discuss goals, relax, etc.. If you are late, we cannot guarantee your full allotment of time but you will be required to pay for the full service that was booked.
* We require a credit card to hold your appointments. We kindly ask 24 hour notice to cancel to change or reschedule. No shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. You must speak with someone directly about your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Contacting us after business hours are not acceptable forms of communication to cancel.
*Please refrain from taking any calls unless it is an emergency and kindly turn your ringer to silent or OFF.
*The time quoted is the ACTUAL length of service. A 50 minute massages mean that you receive a full 50 minute massage
*Children are welcome to join in on the spa experience. Children aged 7-16 must have written consent and parent present in the room (we have rooms that accommodate 2 services at once). Children aged 16-18 must have written consent from parent.
*Please treat others as you would want to be treated. We want you to feel at home here and have the best possible experience that you can. If you are unhappy with any experience or situation, please inform our staff immediately.

Sarah received her massage training from the Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville, Virginia, graduating in March of 2009. Over the years, she has formed a respect and love for healing from within. Her unique technical flow has been inspired through continued educational courses such as neuromuscular/ trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, prenatal massage and the ever loving Swedish massage.
Sarah is always looking to broaden her horizons on how to heal each person individually, as every person is different! Keeping up with the constantly expanding knowledge of eastern medicine, she continues to educate herself and grow as a bodywork practitioner.
Sarah understands that life is beautiful and good health is a blessing! So whether it be to improve your golf or tennis swing, recover from surgery or to just simply relax your body and mind, she will be there to help you achieve your goals through massage and bodywork, one session at a time.

Kendra's passion for learning about natural ingredients and how they work to promote healing for your skin and overall wellness, has driven her to Esthetics.
She loves connecting and building relationships with people in order to provide a luxury treatment that is healing to your skin and spirit.
She is also our resident Thai Yoga specialist and gets raves reviews from her amazing and therapeutic Thai Yoga sessions.
She teaches our Beginner Yoga and Alignment Based Yoga classes.

Sandy Lynn
Originally from Argentina, she graduated from International Spa Institute. She is fluent in Spanish and English. “Sandy” as she prefers to be called has a smiley, friendly and inviting personality that makes even her new clients feel at home during services. Sandy’s Continuing Education Courses and passion for learning the latest advances in the aesthetics have made her knowledgeable and an expert in her field. When your session starts she’ll perform a quick skin analysis to determine the type and condition of the skin allowing her to customize products and treatments for each individual to receive an optimal facial. Teenagers, females and yes, males too, are always welcome to a deep cleansing relaxing facial!

Carlos De Wekker
Carlos De Wekker is a licensed massage therapist based on Hilton Head Island who focuses on helping clients reduce tension and improve overall well-being. His sessions combine relaxation with therapeutic techniques to address common areas of discomfort such as the neck, shoulders, and lower back.
He is certified in Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy and incorporates these techniques to help release muscle tightness and improve mobility when appropriate.

Joe is trained in almost every massage modality, but with his extensive experience working with professional and amateur athletes, his specialty is therapeutic sports massage for runners, golfers and tennis players.
But whether you are looking for a deep therapeutic massage or a relaxing, stress relief massage, having done over 25,000 massages in his career, Joe is a master of adapting each massage to the individual needs of each client.
