Daufuskie Island Yoga and Health Retreat

We hope that you join us for this amazing yoga and health retreat!


Nurture Yourself Through Nature and leave feeling Relaxed, refreshed and reset with daily yoga, meditation, spa services, raw and vegan food and a variety of health and wellness talks.

You will arrive around 11am on Friday, November 6th via private boat and then be swept away to our private ocean front cottage. We will have every detail planned so all you need to do is show up!

 

We will depart around 10am Sunday morning, November 8th.

A $700 deposit is due by August 1, 2026, and the remaining fee by November 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after October 24th. Should you need to cancel after October 24th, we will do our best to fill your spot!

This trip will include:

  • Ferry to and from Hilton Head Island

  • Transportation to the retreat house

  • Golf cart tour of the island

  • Daily yoga classes

  • Daily guided meditation

  • All health talks

  • 1 50-minute massage, Thai session or Energy Session (spaces for each are limited)

  • Lunch, Dinner and healthy snacks on Friday night

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner and healthy snacks on second night

  • Breakfast and lunch (to go) on the third day

  • Access to private beach

Ocean View Shared Room – $1,500 per person

Featuring two plush Queen beds and a shared bathroom, this space is perfect for connecting with a retreat partner while still enjoying peaceful, coastal comfort.

Non-Ocean View Shared
Room – $1,400 per person

Soak in the tranquil energy of the island in this cozy, budget-friendly shared room.

 

With two comfortable Queen beds and a shared bathroom, it offers all the same nourishing amenities, just without the ocean view,  making it a grounding and restful space for your wellness journey.

Private King Suite –$2,500 solo / $1,300 each shared
